SCAM!!!

SCAM! Zero stars if I could!! Absolute rubbish company, rubbish clothes, rubbish customer service. Ghosted me after an order of $780 for disposable clothing quality & substandard fabrics - no returns or refunds!

Firstly they took my order of $687.20 for outfits which are NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS, NO labels, NO tags, NO quality.

I paid $28 extra for express shipping 5-7 days which took 14 days ‼️

When organising a return IMMEDIATELY, they said my $687.20 order doesn’t fit the return policy ‼️ and offered me a small % refund for ?? Goodwill ??

It’s a dropship from China so the USA business NEVER sees the product they send consumers.

Despite multiple emails to get an address to return items to, they reply with a GENERIC response!

Please DO NOT spend your money with this business! The clothing is rubbish and the customer service is WORSE!

This GERMAN woman ARZU MUSSIG review translates in English like this….

“STRONGLY ADVISED AGAINST
The website suggests returns are possible, but there’s no clear communication that returns are not allowed if the item simply doesn’t fit! 14 working days to return damaged goods, even though it takes them 3 weeks just to deliver!!! STRONGLY ADVISED AGAINST – an absolute rip-off and shady business practices. Clothes are not as pictured – cheap junk from China.”

A lot of disgruntled customers!!!
