If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried for more than 20 hours to set up an accoint over a 2 week period with no success. All questions/inquiries go to their beta bot which must have been done by a 5th grader. Their instructions get you nowhere and when you chat with a live person they simply refer you back to the exact same instructions that didn't work
The only real assistance I received was in closing the account in disgust. I used a different service and sucessfully opened an account for 3 family members in less than 2 hours.
