My card was charged while I didn't receive my product. they said it has been refunded but I didn't receive any refund to my card. Terrible service. Possibly scam. Really disappointed.
Review of Eneba
Last week I purchased a Binance gift product from this site and the code didn't work. Binance support told me that the code could have been redeemed already. I contacted Eneba support asking for a refund and they did not reply to me for a week. When they did reply they told me to contact Binance support again which I did. Binance support asked for the gift card number which wasn't provided with the purchase. I asked Eneba support for it. They still haven't replied to my this email after 3 days. Stay away from this site. They have a terrible support system and they do their best to not refund your money when you have been victimized.
