scammed me it was already used no customer support

Simple, secure, and quick. i've been a regular for a few years and never had an issue.

Bought an Apple gift card, when i tired to redeem it i was told it is not valid.
I contacted customer service and had ZERO reply. Now almost two months later I am forced to do a credit card chargeback.
Amateurs.

I purchased a $50 Apple Gift Card, redeemed it immediately to find the code had already been redeemed. They are selling recycled codes.

Both Mary and Javier claim to be ‘Customer Service Representatives’ but in true they are part of the scam. They don’t care that your gift card doesn’t work and they hide behind that it must be the customer.

Heed my warning, do not purchase anything from them!!!

Good and very fast

I had an issue with two of the three codes ordered; I was unable to redeem them. Sent an email. Received an answer quite fast. It took us a couple of emails back and forth to understand each other and figure the glitch out. Mary told me to try manually. It worked. Thanks :)

My card was charged while I didn't receive my product. they said it has been refunded but I didn't receive any refund to my card. Terrible service. Possibly scam. Really disappointed.

My Experience are very awesome instant receive gift cards within 5 minutes.

My order not yet delivered to my Gmail

This is bizarre and seems like a scam. Ordered 7:40pm on December 28, says will fulfill order in 1-3 minutes… it’s now the morning of December 29 and still nothing. Except an email saying “your gift card is out of stock… might take another 24 hours” (?????) so you can process almost $200 but you can’t fulfill that order??? And of course no way to get a refund. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! Incredibly unhelpful, very little info they provide to give you insight into the reality of how it works - if I had known it was either going to take HOURS to fulfill (still haven’t received…) or even that it would be impossible to fulfill as fast as they say it does, I would never never never have used this website and never will again.

Simply look at their claimed rating on their website and compare to the actual trustpilot.com rating - speaks for itself!

Other than lying about their customer reviews, they have a poor quality website with inferior and cumbersome ID verification technology. There are far better and safer options out there.

For a long time, I am getting cards trough mygiftsupply.com site.
I never had an issue with a gift card until today.
Just did an inquire on the web site explaining a problem.
Support solved me an issue I had in a couple of minutes.

So, support matters.
