I bought their Hybrid pillow specifically advertised for Back & Side Sleepers. As I have post operative Neck pain. It did anything but - their own customer service people said it arrived with 600g less filling than required. But if I paid them an additional $21.99 to Purchase the filling they should have provided in the first place, it would work as advertised. My other option was to pay to return the pillow to the UK and they would ship me a replacement. Stay away from these guys!
