My first experience was fine

My first experience was fine, but the second experience was not. I simply wrote a review to the company explaining that they did not clean behind my counters or the floors properly. They immediately accused me of falsifying photos and stated that one of them was due to "oxidation" and they won't clean that. It was ridiculous. I wasn't asking for anything free - I cleaned it myself. Yet, they decided to state I was the one in the wrong. Too expensive - not worth it!

Absolutely TERRIBLE company

Absolutely TERRIBLE company! Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them. It is a scam. I ordered a costume in black, they sent me brown instead. When I filed a claim, they stated I ordered the incorrect color, when in fact, I had a photo and description of EXACTLY what I ordered. They then tried to get me to keep the product at a discount. Complete scam! Buyer Beware!
