After many years with this company i can assure you that this is the worst mobile provider in CH. They will always try to find a way to overcharge you for whatever reason. Very sharky behavior to milk money away from their customers. Happy I left.

Additional costs are never charged without justification. Extra fees arise only due to the customer's usage in relation to their contract. These may include charges for services that are not included in the tariff, reminder fees, fees for early contract termination, or service charges, for example, for online payments. As you can see, fees can occur in various situations, but always based on the customer's usage. If only the services included in the subscription are used, invoices are paid on time, and the contract is terminated according to the agreed terms, no additional charges will be applied. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, which is why we strive to offer the best possible quality – whether in terms of our service, value for money, or network coverage. We work hard to provide our customers with the best experience. We appreciate all feedback that helps us improve, and we hope to welcome you back as a Salt customer one day.
