Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Maple Parking lure you in with cheap prices, but once you’ve booked, you discover hidden fees, extra charges, and sneaky terms buried in the fine print. The service feels completely untrustworthy and dishonest.
The staff were unhelpful when I questioned the added costs, and the whole setup gave off a scammy vibe. Don’t be fooled by the low upfront price — you’ll end up paying more than if you just parked directly with Gatwick Airport, and you’d have a much smoother, safer experience.
Avoid Maple Parking altogether — it’s not worth the stress, the hidden charges, or the frustration.
