delayed order and damaged book

The order was delayed, sent 8 days after I ordered, was not delivered in the promised time and the ordered book looks like it has been used and it has damaged cover. The customer service is utterly useless. The response from the Plusbog is not true, I have returned the book and awaiting the full refund. What’s not fair is selling a product in questionable condition claiming it’s brand new and then offering partial price reduction. Also if you run a book store learn how to pack your books properly

Hello Adrianna,

We are sorry that your book arrived one day later than expected and that it was damaged.

After reviewing your case, we offered no less that four different solutions to resolve the issue.

The only option you requested was to keep the book and receive a full refund, which is not in line with consumer law. We strive to find fair solutions for our customers, and multiple reasonable options were offered to address the issue.

We regret that none of these solutions were acceptable to you, but we have made every effort to resolve the matter in a fair and compliant manner.

Kind regards
Maria, Plusbog.dk

Lack of comprehensive, holistic treatment

This clinic fails to provide comprehensive, holistic care. Each symptom requires a separate appointment, as doctors only address one issue per visit and don't look for underlying connections between symptoms. I was told by a doctor that we don't have time for another issue during my 5-minute visit.
The same-day appointment system sounds convenient, but it means seeing a different doctor each time. This forces you to repeatedly explain your medical history from scratch, with no continuity of care.
As a solution for my chronic digestive issues, I was recommended yin yoga, which was the most bizarre treatment I've ever heard from a medical professional (and I practice yoga every day).
The doctors lack engagement and empathy. They order the same basic blood panels every visit, then dismiss concerns once results come back normal. There's no deeper investigation, no attempt to understand the bigger picture, and no real problem-solving.
I expected better from a medical clinic. Instead, I've received superficial care that treats symptoms as isolated incidents rather than addressing my health holistically.
