They want your apartment squeaky clean before they clean it
The cleaner made an absolutely outrageous claim that my house "was too dirty to clean", then sent pictures of clean dishes drying, a head band fallen on the floor and claimed it was underwear, and took pictures of an area they were specifically told to avoid.
First, that's clearly not underwear, it's a headband.
Second, I'm not going to sweep my floors then pay someone to sweep my floors.
Third, they were specifically instructed not to worry about cleaning the bath tub in the comments.
Fourth, they took pictures of clean dishes drying on a drying mat and called it clutter.
I am beyond furious that I've been treated this way and made to feel like I'm disgusting because the cleaner can't read and doesn't know the difference between a head band and freaking underwear. Beyond. Furious.
