Awful company, fee after fee after fee, they really screw over both buyers and sellers, just recently i sold an item for £20, of which i received around £11 after fees! if this wasn't bad enough I had to cancel as my machine broke, so when refunding the buyer Etsy took £19 from me, £19 from the £11 it gave me, so the whole process actually cost me money and made Etsy £8 for doing absolutely nothing. and this is just a recent experience, there are many more. buyers contact your sellers directly, cut out the awful middle man, you'll get a better deal and so will the seller
