Absolute scam company waited almost a month and now they said out of stock won't give me my refund everytime says pending on chargeback scam they won't even put the stuff that are in stock

Almost a month in ordered 4 things two…

Almost a month in ordered 4 things two were out of stock so canceled them they supposed to deliver the other two items but I think I will get it after 2 years never make a mistake and buy from them

Never buy from allzone

I will write here since u never respond on emails I canceled the order that's out of stock can u deliver the other items asap

We are sorry that your experience has not met your expectations, but it is not correct to state that AllZone does not process refunds. Your refund is currently in progress, in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of purchase.

In some cases, processing times may be extended due to banking or payment provider procedures, which are outside of the store’s direct control. Refunds are always issued, although it may take several business days for the amount to be reflected in your account.

Regarding your more recent order, we are going to review its status to confirm its current stage and provide you with a proper response. Due to the high volume of inquiries, we may not always be able to respond as quickly as we would like, but all requests are handled.
