Slow delivery times
As most reviews with a one star rating, the problems with this company lie with their delivery time expectations and parcel tracking. The delivery is extremely slow and after 5 days of ordering, my order is yet to be dispatched. Additionally their customer service is only via email and while they respond promptly, they still cannot provide any answers on the expected timeframe. Would not recommend ordering from this company to anyone
