I made a purchase on December 25

I made a purchase on December 25, 2025, with a commitment to ship within 5 days. As of January 5, 2026, the status of my order had not been updated. After filing a complaint, the order status changed to: Shipped To, however, when tracking the shipment on MRW, it shows: Pending Collection, and this has been the case since January 5, 2026. A terrible experience with this supplier, Ferwer.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ferwer. I waited almost a month for my order, and during that entire time none of my messages were answered. There is no reachable phone number, and communication was practically impossible. When the package finally arrived, the box was damaged and the perfume bottle inside was completely empty. I sent several emails in different languages and still received no response. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to order here.

Ik heb een zeer teleurstellende ervaring met Ferwer gehad. Ik heb bijna een maand op mijn bestelling gewacht en gedurende die hele periode kreeg ik geen antwoord op mijn berichten. Er is geen bereikbaar telefoonnummer en communicatie was vrijwel onmogelijk. Toen het pakket eindelijk aankwam, was de doos beschadigd en het parfumflesje binnenin volledig leeg. Ik heb meerdere e-mails in verschillende talen gestuurd en nog steeds geen reactie ontvangen. Op basis van mijn ervaring raad ik anderen sterk af om hier te bestellen.

Slow delivery times

As most reviews with a one star rating, the problems with this company lie with their delivery time expectations and parcel tracking. Additionally their customer service is only via email and while they respond promptly, they still cannot provide any answers on the expected timeframe. There was a small mistake in my order

There was a small mistake in my order. So i contacted customer service. I got a reply within two hours offering multiple solutions.
I had a few questions about this and from that moment on communication and actions were very swift.
Everything settled the same day.
Because this was a present it helped me a lot, because i was still able to give it in time.

Fast delivery as agreed and problem solved with a good solution

Fast delivery as agreed. Unfortunately, I thought I had ordered two 180 ml bottles of Aqua di Parma, but when I checked the confirmation later and received the order, it turned out to be two 100 ml bottles. Ridiculously more expensive per ml.
I reported my problem, but all I got in response was the invoice. Nothing else. I didn't think that was very fair.

Following Ferwer's response via this medium, my problem was neatly resolved through personal contact. Thank you.

Delay on delivers and lack of info

It´s been days since I hear something from my package. There is lack on information about it and I dont even know if my order even exists. There is no way of hearing updates on it. (The tracking system is terrible). Unless you complain, you will not hear news. I´m looking forward a reply on the matter.

poor infor on the link to track parcel

The customer service is only by email snd although Ferwer never told estimated arrival date once I email their customer service, they were a bit more clear about my delivery day. At the end, all went absolutely fine despite this inicial lack of clarity. I Will use again

Bad experience 😳

I ordered a bottle of Hugo Boss Magnetic. The packaging could have been better — the nylon cover of the perfume box was loose and had been reattached with glue. It was also obvious that some of the perfume had been used. This is really a shame and damages the reputation of the company.
