Still haven’t received my order a month…

Still haven’t received my order a month after placing it. It was a Christmas gift for family, and can no longer be given due to them shipping from China. There’s no mention of this on their website.

They refuse to refund even though the gift window has already passed. Horrible company to deal with.

Guess we as Americans need to check where companies are located from now on to ensure we get out products in a timely fashion.

Customer service just doesn’t respond

Customer service just doesn’t respond. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company. The CC company gave me an instant credit, which tells me this Tokyo Tiger company is getting a lot of disputes. Hopefully the CC company can collect the money back from the other company.
