Order and paid for a trampoline in October. Was told it would be ready to pickup in 2-4 days.
It is now mid December, and the day they assured the product will be ready, and still nothing has arrived and there has been no further update or correspondence.
Have emailed relentlessly during this time, with limited or late responses. Have tried calling 4 times and left voicemails, all with no response. Tried their online chat function. Likely just an AI bot and was simply referred back to their 1300 number.
Highly likely it is a scam, and if not, at the very least about the worst service you could possibly imagine. Avoid at all costs.
