I received an invoice for my purchase in my email and was expecting delivery on 12/10 for a birthday gift. I contacted the company since I did not receive it and it said my address did not match and they did not send. Now my granddaughter will not get this on her birthday and I paid extra shipping, They said they mailed a letter... snail mail? I did not receive any email or notification about this
