Terrible service. Did not want the merchandise, I thought I was ordering three bundles of soft babies, but received glass dolls. Tried numerous times to call your customer service department, holding over one hour, never came to phone. Sent email asking for HELP in returning merchandise and crediting my American Express Card. NO Respsonse?? Please advise
