Very poor service and misleading delivery times. No answer when asked for refund
I ordered a piano book over two weeks ago. I was told it shipped the day after ordering and delivery was clearly stated as 2–3 days at checkout. After chasing them by email, I was then told to “allow 2 weeks” instead, which is completely different from what was advertised. It’s now been over two weeks and the book still hasn’t arrived. I emailed again asking for a full refund and have received no response. The whole experience has been frustrating and ridiculous. I won’t be ordering from Musicroom again.
