Received my skipping rope
Received my skipping rope, however it was not the length stated on the website. It was much short and no good for my height. I emailed 3 times to get a replacement but had no reply. In the end I had to get my credit card to claim back my payment.
Not a good service.

Hey! Sorry to hear this. We haven't received any messages from you. I just had a look in our spam folder and it looks like your message went there which is why you didn't receive a reply from us. If your jump rope is not the length specified then we will of course replace this for free and apologies that this happened. We assemble these and cut them by hand in the UK so it is likely a rare human error. All our ropes should be around 10ft. I will filter your message out of spam and respond to you there as well.
