Shop elsewhere for stuffed animals
I ordered what was supposed to be a 60 cm stuffed elephant that turned out to be just over a foot measured each way. The return policy for a UK based company is ridiculously short (14 days) and don't bother trying to sort out your disappointment by email. They are very nonapologetic and I believe purposefully vague.
