We purchased the Ava baby doll from Ashton-Drake as a Christmas gift for our daughter. By New Year’s Eve, after very gentle play, the fabric around the neck had already ripped.
For the price and the reputation of this company, I expected much better quality—especially for a doll marketed toward children. This was extremely disappointing, as it was brand new and well cared for.
Sadly, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase from Ashton-Drake again unless quality control improves.
