Contacted them regarding a leaking tap to find out what parts I needed. Bought the kitchen from them 7 years ago, supper happy with my purchase. Dan told me tap was under guarantee and organised the replacement parts and also provided easy instructions to fit Extremely happy with customer service. Been with them 4 years very helpful BUT they still insist I have to have RAC cover which is priced into the policy from past experiences I would never deal with the RAC I have my other vehicles covered with the AA which means I now have to pay for unwanted RAC cover. This RAC cover should be an option but for some reason they will not remove it
