I had 1 invoice with generous amount of tax unrefundable because the store didn't input my passport number correctly.
And the officer at the airport wasn't helpful and didn't check the mistake in my invoice thoroughly even though i came back twice to ask about that 1 invoice. I just had to find it out myself later at the waiting room before boarding.
The stores should have a device that can scan passports like every other modern countries. Manual inputs = human errors
