Terrible exchange policy for an online only store

I received a ring from Atolea as a Christmas gift and it doesn't fit. I reached out to initiate an exchange and despite the return address being 10 minutes from my house, they are forcing me to post the item back at my own expense if I want to exchange it. So I now have a product that I can't wear unless I pay to return it. I won't be purchasing anything from Atolea in future and will be advising others to do the same, especially if they are purchasing a gift for someone else.
