Booking was easy but only problems after that
Booking was easy, which is great. But my flight was not confirmed for almost two days after I booked. Customer service was poor during that period, both bot and human. And it is very unclear in certain places including the chat window, emails, etc. which is bot, which is human, when and where can I get a human, etc. Different information on the website versus what chat bot says. Very common thing, but this is an international flight with one visa expiring and needing to apply for the new one for which flight information is required. I do not recommend Kiwi for any situation where a problem is going to be a real problem. I won't use them again.
