After 1.5 months of waiting that…
After 1.5 months of waiting that Allzone informed me thst the ordered telephone is not avaliable and proposed refund or to order another phone inspite of the fact initially ordered phone was avaliable on their web site. I chose to have a refund, but after another 2 weeks of waiting Allzone informed that they may not refund and need my bank to initiate recharge from their side. My bank was trying to contact Allzone, but one week passed and still no respond. Looks likecAllzone using all possible ways to keep my money and do not refund back. For sure I will never ever use the shop anymore.
Quote from my bank on 10th Jan: "We previously contacted the merchant on your behalf to try and reach a solution regarding the dispute request you raised for the transaction(s) below. However, we still haven't received any confirmation that they will refund you. Therefore, we will begin to process your case ourselves. We reviewed your dispute request submitted on 2026-01-09 and want to let you know that we’ve raised a chargeback for the following transaction(s)"
21.01.2026 Still no progress with the refund. Allzone is quickly replying on Trustpilot review,but not replying on my direct e-mail.
