The worst customer service ever…

The worst customer service ever experienced. My order took around 2 weeks or more to be delivered. Had took return it as the quality wasn't as expected and to be refunded it has been already 2 weeks and have no news even though they got the parcel back a week ago.
The time they take to process the refunds are insanely ridiculous.
Do not recommend this website!!

BIG SCAM

BIG SCAM! DO NOT BUY.
I have ordered 21 days ago and still waiting to be delivered, I have told them by mail I'm not interested anymore and they have cancelled my order when it was supposed to be in France already.
So I don't have my order and neither my refund. They always answer your mails late at night ( meaning they are not based in Europe, 100% not marseille, the phone doesn't even work)

Band of scammers!
