As a Consumer, I Was Forced to Chase Proof for Weeks – Avoid This Company
I am an individual consumer. Sunfere is a commercial company. Yet for weeks I have been deliberately stalled, delayed, and denied a clear resolution.
I ordered two dresses from the same website, using the same size chart, both labeled size L. The result is unacceptable:
• One dress is so small it is completely unwearable,
• The other is at least two sizes too large.
This alone proves a serious lack of sizing consistency, quality control, and basic professionalism. The fabric, stitching, proportions, and overall design do not match the website images at all.
On top of that, the dresses were delivered extremely late, making them entirely useless for my engagement.
For weeks, I have been sending emails, measurements, photos, and screenshots. Instead of resolving the issue, Sunfere keeps prolonging the process, continuously asking for more proof and forcing me to repeatedly “justify” myself as a customer.
This is not customer service — it is intentional delay and exhaustion tactics.
Although I am legally entitled to a 100% refund, I accepted an 80% refund purely as a gesture of goodwill. Shockingly, Sunfere has failed to finalize even this reasonable solution.
At this point, I was left with no option but to initiate a bank chargeback.
Only afterward did I realize that many other customers have experienced the exact same issues.
This is an exhausting, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating company to deal with.
Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.
