As a Consumer, I Was Forced to Chase Proof for Weeks – Avoid This Company

I am an individual consumer. Sunfere is a commercial company. Yet for weeks I have been deliberately stalled, delayed, and denied a clear resolution.

I ordered two dresses from the same website, using the same size chart, both labeled size L. The result is unacceptable:
• One dress is so small it is completely unwearable,
• The other is at least two sizes too large.

This alone proves a serious lack of sizing consistency, quality control, and basic professionalism. The fabric, stitching, proportions, and overall design do not match the website images at all.

On top of that, the dresses were delivered extremely late, making them entirely useless for my engagement.

For weeks, I have been sending emails, measurements, photos, and screenshots. Instead of resolving the issue, Sunfere keeps prolonging the process, continuously asking for more proof and forcing me to repeatedly “justify” myself as a customer.
This is not customer service — it is intentional delay and exhaustion tactics.

Although I am legally entitled to a 100% refund, I accepted an 80% refund purely as a gesture of goodwill. Shockingly, Sunfere has failed to finalize even this reasonable solution.

At this point, I was left with no option but to initiate a bank chargeback.

Only afterward did I realize that many other customers have experienced the exact same issues.

This is an exhausting, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating company to deal with.
Do not recommend. Avoid at all costs.

Initially, your feedback was primarily focused on shipping delays, and at that point, there were no issues mentioned with the products themselves. We also clarified that customs delays in Turkey can affect shipping times, which is beyond our control, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. As we discussed, international shipments to Turkey may face additional scrutiny during customs checks, which can further delay deliveries. We are seriously considering stopping shipments to Turkey due to the strict customs regulations and constantly changing policies.

Regarding the sizing issue, it appears there was some confusion between Body Measurements and Garment Dimensions. We understand that you relied on the Body Size Guide when ordering, but we strongly recommend reviewing the Garment Size Chart provided in the product description. The chart includes garment-specific measurements, such as waist, bust, and hip dimensions, and helps to guide you in choosing the correct size. It's important to note that body measurements are different from garment dimensions as the latter accounts for how the garment is cut or designed to fit (e.g., relaxed or slim fit).

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this misunderstanding, and we will continue to work on optimizing our product pages to make sizing information clearer for our customers.

Misleading Products, Inconsistent Sizing, and No Fair Resolution

I ordered two dresses from Sunfere. Although both were labeled as size L, one was so small it was completely unwearable, while the other was at least two sizes too large. The fabric quality, stitching, and overall design were completely different from the images shown on the website. Even the measurements did not match the size range stated online.

The dresses were also delivered very late, and I was unable to use them for my engagement. Despite contacting customer support multiple times and providing photos and measurements as proof, the company repeatedly delayed the process, avoided responsibility by calling the items “bestsellers,” and failed to offer a fair solution.

They attempted to make me pay for international return shipping and rejected reasonable refund requests. I was ultimately forced to initiate a bank chargeback.

Only afterward did I realize that many other customers have experienced the same issues.
I do not recommend this company.

We understand that your initial feedback was about dissatisfaction with the shipping time, and unfortunately, we did not notice the product issue at that time. We apologize for not addressing this earlier, and we are grateful that you've brought it to our attention now.

Regarding Dress 1, we have already contacted our warehouse team to verify if there was a sizing error. We understand your frustration with the dress being unwearable and will ensure this issue is fully investigated and resolved.
For Dress 2, we’d like to clarify that the product page includes the Garment Measurements, which are the correct measurements for size selection. The fabric of this dress has slight stretch, and the waist measurement for dress 2 in size L is approximately 78-82cm. It seems that the confusion may have arisen from using Body Measurements instead of Garment Measurements to select the size. We recommend always referring to the Garment Measurements for a more accurate fit.

To help us verify the sizing issue and provide an appropriate solution, we kindly request that you share the waist measurement of Dress 2 as you have received it.
Once again, we apologize for the frustration this has caused. We are committed to resolving this fairly and promptly. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.
