(EN) The refund was finally received on Feb 2, but only AFTER I notified the store that I had filed official complaints with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI). The payment was delayed beyond the legal deadline (Jan 26). It is clear that the store only acted once they realized they would be investigated by the authorities.
(IT) Il rimborso è finalmente arrivato il 2 febbraio, ma solo DOPO che ho notificato al negozio di aver presentato reclami ufficiali al Centro Europeo Consumatori (ECC) e all'Ispezione Commerciale Slovacca (SOI). Il pagamento è arrivato in ritardo rispetto alla scadenza legale (26 gennaio). È chiaro che il negozio ha agito solo quando ha capito che sarebbe stato indagato dalle autorità.

(EN) Timestore is publicly lying in their response; the refund has NOT been sent. Despite their false claims, they have failed to provide any official proof of payment. This case is now officially registered with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) under reference number ECCCZ-23488 and reported to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI).
(IT) Timestore mente pubblicamente nella sua risposta; il rimborso NON è mai stato inviato. Nonostante le loro false affermazioni, non hanno fornito alcuna prova ufficiale del pagamento. Il caso è ora ufficialmente registrato presso il Centro Europeo Consumatori (ECC) con il numero di riferimento ECCCZ-23488 e segnalato all'Ispezione Commerciale Slovacca (SOI).
I strongly warn against shopping at Timestore (operated by TIME Slovakia Plus s.r.o. / Canada 2015 s.r.o.). Despite returning the goods in due time (order no. 2425161950) and receiving confirmation from the shop on Jan 12, 2026, my money has not been refunded. They repeatedly lie about "system errors". The case has been officially reported to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI) and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Avoid this shop at all costs!
Důrazně varuji před nákupem v e-shopu Timestore (provozovatel TIME Slovakia Plus s.r.o. / Canada 2015 s.r.o.). I přes řádné vrácení zboží (obj. č. 2425161950) a potvrzení ze strany obchodu ze dne 12. 1. 2026, mi do dnešního dne nebyly vráceny peníze. Neustále lžou o „chybě v systému“. Věc byla předána Slovenské obchodní inspekci (SOI) a Evropskému spotřebitelskému centru (ESC). Vyhněte se jim!
