Fabulous customer experience
The website was having some hiccups and wasn't showing my device had shipped and our device didn't come already activated. Gabb customer service called me, and when they could not reach me that way, texted me to let me know how to get my device activated as soon as it arrived. She also provided the tracking information for me. She was prompt, kind, helpful and thorough. Fabulous experience. My daughter is able to talk to her friends without the dangers that come with other phones!
