Dates changed by system to a different date

Although had selected Saturday 13th to the 20th the system changed it to Sunday 14th which is not when I wanted to go. Also now not able to book a 2nd caravan although originally could when looking at the property!!! Now since buying this it has been a nightmare to change the dates and even find another Go Active site to book via the help system. Have now spoken to a human on the phone instead of the AI chat and all sorted but unfortunately not able to stop at our 1st choice - so experience updated.

When searching for dates, if the 3 days +/- flexibility is left on alternative dates will be recommended. We apologise if this was unclear and caused confusion.
