Shocking customer service from picking up a click and collect kitchen to making a complaint- the whole service was a shambles. When picking up the flat packed kitchen at click and collect staff were rude - not even a hello good day or how can I help you! They dropped off the items on an over loaded trolley, and no offer of help or any form of communication. Completely disgusted !
