Lower Than Expected Offer — Best for Immediate Cash Needs
I was curious about companies like Circa and wanted to try the process for myself. The staff in the WTC location were amazing — professional, welcoming, and very easy to work with. The experience itself was smooth and efficient.
That said, the offer I received for my Cartier Love bracelet came in at less than half of current retail value — despite the piece being recently serviced at Cartier, still under warranty, upgraded with the newest screw locking system, and in excellent condition with full box and service receipts supporting authenticity.
I understand resale companies need margin and operate differently than private sales. If convenience and speed are your priority, this may be a fit. If maximizing value is your goal, you may want to explore private or consignment options as well.

Ease of doing business overall. From web intake form to appointment scheduling to back office support and communications throughout the process, everything went very smoothly. In person interface was pleasant and very efficient. Evaluator (Jeffrey) was very knowledgeable. Business was conducted in a safe location and environment. I would highly recommend Circa if you are considering selling jewelry. Everything went exactly as discussed including the receipt of payment. Excellent experience all around.

Not transparent to figure out how to work with them
I made an appointment to bring in 5 rings, and sent pictures, and the morning of the appointment, they canceled my appointment because they said "it does not currently qualify for an appointment on its own due to the minimum requirement we have per appointment" which is fine, but when I asked what the minimum requirement was, they said they couldn't tell me due to "company policy".
