Went to their 'buying event' in Orland Park. Please do not waste your time dealing with this place. They are totally unprofessional and condescending. You will NOT receive anywhere near the value of your items. For this place to stay in business,there must be many gullible people on this Earth. Again, don't waste your time.

I believed investing in gold would be a reliable financial decision, but the company I used failed to honor my withdrawal requests. Each attempt resulted in an error, which caused significant concern. I later sought help from [͜͡. B⃨l⃨o⃨c⃨k⃨T⃨r⃨a⃨c⃨e⃨L⃨a⃨b⃨s⃨. ]͜͡, , who reviewed the case and offered assistance. With their involvement, the issue was resolved and my investment was recovered.

Hello, I have some old coins that I would like to sell. Can you take them?

I asked PGS to evaluate my collection that contained the items listed on their website (see below) in very good condition.
They took it, held for a several weeks, and told me they were not interested without evaluation/appraisal (which I didn't mind paying for).
I was not in a hurry, but... I didn't mean just storage but appraisal.

PGS states this :

If nothing else, I wanted to know what my stamps were worth (in their estimate).

Their radio ad, "PGS, PGS, when it comes to your valuables, it's the best" might be true for themselves but not for me.

I stopped by their Schaumburg, IL store with the intent of selling 40 silver dollars that were minted with pure silver and are therefore worth more than their face value. I met with Dave Loperena to handle the transaction. He was friendly and very professional. All my questions were answered, and he offered me a rate that was virtually identical to the price I found online. A quick and painless transaction.

Scott straight up is a really good guy. He helped me pick out some coins today for my nephews and hooked me up with some really cool gifts to give to the kids. They’re going to love them. The radio show is very informative and I’ve learned a lot just by listening to him on there. I’m definitely coming back to buy more stuff!! Thanks again for all your help today one more thing knocked off the Christmas list.😊

Been trying to get a refund of R400 i deposited.

I have been going to the Wheaton location for several years now. Susan and all of the ladies are very knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy, I fully trust the staff and will continue going to the Wheaton location for all of my needs.

Visited the Palatine location and the service was great! Sold a coin collection, sterling silver & some jewelry and got fair prices for all. I'll be recommending PGS to my friends for sure.

Went into the store on Saturday 10/23/2021 this store is located in villa park, illinois on north ave. and this being the second time going there has to be the worst experience ever, was there nearly one hour and a half and go no help, and was put off by the woman working there to help another customer that just came in,,, not a good experience.... the woman told me she had 15 mins to help me while she helped another customer.... I left with no help at all with by box of coins..............

I had a good experience with PGS. The staff was helpful and gave me a good price for the jewelry I brought in.
