Good evening my experience with copart…

Good evening my experience with copart was very poor. I spoke to a first line customer advisor who categorically denied I was unable to view a car I wanted to bid on. It wasn’t a cheap car so effectively in my previous experience it’s always a good idea really to get a firsthand look so you don’t miss out on any previous damage which a virtual viewing might not show.

“100% total scammers , bought a car from these scumbags that they stated were runs and drives , not recorded and stolen recovered ! Upon receiving the vehicle I found a notice in the back telling their employees not to start as it had engine trouble ! No mention of this in the add , spent over 4 thousand on a new block ! £600 on a new clutch and flywheel ! £9450 including fees to purchase , £400 to transport it ! Once it were all fixed I did an hpi check and it’s were written off as a cat N in August 2022 ! Then the same company had it in Copart stating that it were a stolen recovery 14 months later ! Same company having the same car twice and putting it through as a different category each time ??? Copart stated in their Add that they had done an HPI on this car ? They are pure criminals committing fraud on a daily basis pure and simple ! I have sent them an email to complain about this and no response from them and after I have sent this yesterday my account has been wiped from the previous sale of this . Good job I have saved all of the evidence to my laptop to show their crimes . Anyone who buys from this company needs their heads testing as I will never deal with them again .Stay well away from them there's nothing you can do as you agree there term and conditions. How does this have a 4.1 rating a biq question mark Avoid at all cost stay away from these scammers

I brought 14 cars from Copart last…

I brought 14 cars from Copart last year, mostly positive
However I’ve just brought a cat n corsa only to find out after it was a total loss cat c before which wasn’t in the add. There reply will be as said in section …. Ect. They tack no responsibility for there add so be careful believe nothing that’s written. Also they say they throw away service history. Not good for the seller or buyer
