Been using this company for the last year and I love it. Will not be going back to toxic supermarket products.

I’ve been using Bazoo now for a few years and I’m delighted with both the products and the service.
The toilet rolls and tissues arrive in strong sturdy boxes which of course are recyclable along with everything else. Both toilet rolls and tissues are soft and strong and good value for money.
The wildlife information is a fabulous way to encourage younger people to learn how important it is to look after our environment.

Lovely toilet rolls and set up a subscription. My 2nd order was due via Evri and I kept checking to see when it would be delivered to make sure I was in as it had been heavily raining for a few days now and I didn’t want to miss delivery, however, Evri still showed it was at the delivery depot and they would let me know when out for delivery, but next thing I know Evri dropped box off without letting me know and luckily I was in otherwise this would have been ruined if left out in the rain. I have emailed Bazoo and now cancelled my subscription as I cannot rely on Evri … They need to make sure they can rely on their couriers if they are to survive

Toilet rolls are great value and quality. They last a long time. Customer Service is excellent. You can change the frequency of your at anytime its so easy and convenient.

With my most recent order, Bazoo switched to Evri which resulted in a partial non-delivery. After a couple of emails a replacement was promptly sent out, thankfully with another delivery service, which arrived with no issues.

I'm really happy with the product. The communications from Bazoo are informative, polite and clear. Delivery is always on time. Any adjustments I need to make to my subscription are made very easily online. All in all I am very happy with the service and quality of the products I receive.

Great company to buy from. I use the Bazoo toilet rolls, which are of good quality, size and thickness. I have them delivered on a regular basis, and if I ever need to make amendments to my order, their website is easy to navigate to enable this. Oh, and their customer service is exceptional. I would highly recommend buying from Bazoo :)

Apart from the hiccup with my delivery due to the Evri courier. I'm absolutely delighted with the loo rolls. They are way better than I expected to be honest, soft & packed beautifully.

It’s been a mixed first experience. Great customer care, but very late arrival, then was missing half of the products!

With IBD Crohns my toilet tissue needs to last, be gentle, kind, strong & absorbent. My usual is softly quilted extra long so this is a big change. Time will tell if it will be an acceptable change but I bought 24 rolls to test. I don’t want to compromise comfort against the positive environmental impact the change intends.

First impressions - not as wide, not as lofty, not attractive or luxurious looking on its dispenser holder. In use it’s maybe not feeling as absorbent. The gel is great. I’m trying to wean my adult son off of wipes!

Had regular deliveries for a while now and no issues. Good quality product, however last delivery had taken a while so I contacted customer service and had a reply promptly which resolved the issue. No fuss no false promises just sorted! So a thumbs up from me and will definitely keep ordering

I have been ordering from Bazoo now for over 4 months . Just love the texture of the toilet roll . It’s so soft and a great texture .

Super delivery, great loo rolls, good ethics .Everything I wanted .

Customer care is fantastic. We have used the toilet rolls for a while and love them - so soft. We have now also started using the kitchen rolls! We had a free trial pack of washing sheets and despite huge reservations are now complete converts and love that we have found a eco friendly alternative to our previous fairy non-bio. The sheets make clothes smell beautiful and clean brilliantly - even grubby football kits!

Any queries are responded to without delay. Hiccups with delivery company which is out of their control have been put right without any hassle to me as the customer.
