This is a Chineese scamming website that sells goods under the pretenace of a glossy website and fake returns policies. I order what i belived was a reasonably priced door mat and it turned up thinner than a box of tissues. Be warned and do not use. Im going to my credit card company but also to look at how to get this website shut down in the UK.

The lamp does exactly what I needed it to do adds warmth without overpowering the space. It feels steady and well balanced not flimsy.

Love this lamp honestly. I turn it on in the evening and the whole room feels cosier straight away. Looks better in real life than online.

This is a bogus business - the goods are a woefully bad synthetic and poorly made at that, cheap Chinese rip-off. Forget “Norwegian woollens” - what arrived did have a single woollen thread, all nylon synthetic nonsense, seams ripped and fraying. They then relentlessly dodge refunding you, eventually saying to return the goods to a random address in China (obviously expensive and designed to make you not bother) when the return to sender address is just an industrial estate in Essex, UK!! Lies lies lies. Don’t deal with them. Save your money and bunch of brainache.

This website is a fraud - be aware. The customer support' are lying to delay refunds or money back claims, saying the parcel is dispatched and providing tracking details to something that never ships and says it is awaiting the parcel. I am currently in the process of claiming my money back through my credit card issuer - beware, this is a SCAM!

What I like most is the mood it creates. It’s not a statement piece but it quietly improves the feel of the room especially at night.

I like it better at night than during the day. That’s when it actually makes sense.

Poor quality products and late delivery.

Do not trust this company. We ordered two pendant lamps from this company. It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. After stating 7-10 day delivery. This delay meant a knock on effect of being able to get an electrician booked by end of 2025.

After installing them we have been able to see the noticeable poor quality of these items. The colour on the glass has been painted as opposed to being the colour of the glass itself so when the light is illuminated there are several noticeable scratches and defects on the surface of the pendant where the colour is coming away, despite being a new item. This isn’t what we were expecting from an item that costs around £100.

Sadly we missed our 30 day return window but we’re hoping the company would consider an exchange for this defective item. After getting in touch we received two generic emails.

This company is merely a drop-shipping company with a UK URL, shipping items internationally. They don’t have a proper customer policy in place or care about the items they advertise.

We won’t be ordering from this company. We’d also urge other customers to think carefully before parting with their money.

The design is simple and elegant. It blends well with modern interiors and doesn’t feel out of place. Packaging was neat and the item arrived safely.

I moved it around a bit before settling. Now it feels like it belongs there.

Wasn’t really expecting a lamp to change anything but it did. The light feels calm at night and the room just feels softer somehow.

I wasn’t sure at first, but after placing it in a different corner it really started to work. The light is gentle and creates a cozy atmosphere without being harsh.

The lamp gives off a soft, calming glow that instantly makes the room feel warmer in the evenings. It’s subtle rather than flashy, which I actually prefer. A nice addition to my living space.

Do not buy from this company. I made the mistake of not looking at reviews before ordering. I now realise that it is selling poor quality products directly from China.

I ordered a duvet cover set. When it finally arrived the duvet cover is 6 inches too long and all the packaging and care instructions are in Chinese.

I now have a product that is not fit for purpose. All I have been offered is a 10% refund and I get to keep the product, or 50% credit to use on their website. I do not want any more products from them.

Update - I have now been offered a 20% refund, or I pay to ship return to China.

These people are either amateurs or dodgy scammers artists. The provide products with no installation instructions and their service is abysmal. They literally don’t understand your request for help. It’s like talking to a gnat. Please please please never buy or deal with these people. They’ll probably be bust in two months time.

The website and the jumper i chose as a gift for my wife were both great and the quality of the jumper is too. but the delivery process took too long. great customer service though from Sophie

Wish I could give them Zero. Product not as described, took a while to come, came in a bad state. Emailed for a refund - ignored initially - only answered after multiple emails, and then they consistently try to break UK distance selling rules and offer partial refunds and ask for you to pay for the returns. Actioned a chargeback via my bank as they are clearly a scam.
