I was initially pleased with the price and prompt delivery, and the toilet roll seemed lovely and soft and good quality. But it just breaks up when I use it, really disappointed.

I signed up for an offer case and wasn't particularly impressed by any of the beers really. I tried to cancel - very annoying that you can't do this online. I did call, and was on hold for about 10 mins. There was a bit of hard sell but I was firm about wanting to cancel, and I have now received an email saying my account has been deactivated. So fingers crossed I won't have any issues.

Update 1 year later: Just wanted to update now I've been driving the van for over a year. No issues at all. Van has gone through dealer health check twice, and MOT, and I've not had any problems other than the washer pump needing to be replaced.
I bought a van from Car Firm at the beginning of June. I was extremely nervous of using them as the reviews are generally bad and the good ones seem fake, but there aren't many options for the particular van I wanted, and Car Firm happened to have two available that I wanted to see, as well as another one at a company who weren't too far away, so I decided it was worth at least looking.
The salesman (Olly?) was really decent from the start, not pushy, gave lots of advice and answered all our questions. I did raise the issue of the poor reviews with him, and he seemed pretty honest about acknowledging the issues they'd had. He pointed out some issues with the types of van, what to look for etc and was genuinely really helpful.
After viewing a few other vans locally, I did decide to buy through Car Firm. There were no issues with paperwork etc, everything was provided to me, V5 was with me in a few days.
I've been driving the van every day for a month and had no issues, other than a known fault with the bonnet latch which I've got scheduled for replacement. So all in all, I am happy with the service and obviously the vehicle

Re-mortgage completed today. Overall service was fine - a bit slow and difficult to get responses sometimes. There was some difficulty getting my address corrected and the wrong mortgage deed was initially issued, but it was amended and resent.
I certainly wouldn't pay to use Optima as I've had far superior conveyancing in the past, but it wasn't terrible.
I would advise starting the re-mortgage process early if you are on a fixed rate that is ending, as it's certainly not quick.
Staff seem nice, they're probably just overworked!

Great service. The engineer called 20 mins prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time, very friendly and professional. Talked me through the service, then cracked on with the work. Afterwards he talked me through the paperwork and gave me some useful tips on maintaining the boiler. Very pleased overall.

Incredible service, super fast, efficient and so friendly! LegalZoom handled my sale a few months back, and I was keen to use them again. They gave me a very competitive quote, and although there were a couple of extras due to the house being unregistered, it still came in less than other quotes I had received.
