Absolutely, disgusting customer service !
Parcel delivered to incorrect address . Sent Debenhams repeated proof that they it had been delivered to wrong address. They eventually agreed they had made a mistake & advise a refund would be due by 10th February LATEST. Still no refund received !!! Customer service are a complete shambles and disgrace.DEBENHAMS you should be ashamed that you are stealing from your customers . Will never use again . Small claims court now in process

Very helpful and knowledgable regarding the spa day I was considering

Second time we have used AMS and their service was just as good and efficient 2nd time around !
Dealt with and responded quickly to our communications with them
Would highly recommend !
