Service is excellent and delivery is so quick. The supplements I’ve had so far have all been great.

Was offered £330 for an iPhone 12 Pro Max 128gb. Took extensive photos of the phone & packaging as per the instructions given & sent this off special delivery. The phone was received & I was sent an email to say that there was a problem & my phone had multiple scratches on the screen so the offer was revised to £280! The phone had 1 tiny scratch. I understand that the phones have to be checked & reviewed to ensure there is no damage but feel massively aggrieved when the phone was is such good condition. I've not had confirmation as to when I will get my phone back from Mazuma or how this will be returned to me (which makes me think will I get the phone back in the same condition that it was sent off in originally). Really poor service & would not recommend or use again. Feel quite uncertain of the authenticity of the 5 star reviews on here and if people have really had a positive experience.

Experience and service was great. Unfortunately the socks aren’t brilliant quality for the price. Have only worn one pair and on the first wear they’ve got a hole near the toe.

Super quick delivery. Ordered my husband a Barbour jacket but unfortunately had to return as it was too large. Simple returns procedure and refund received within a couple of days. Will definitely use the website again.

We purchased external lights and bulbs last summer and hardly used them. When we came to switch on this year the bulbs wouldn’t work. Contacted Dowsing & Reynolds and they replied quickly, agreeing to send two new bulbs. Excellent customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them (or recommend) again.

Ordered and delivered super quickly. The outdoor bulkhead lights are amazing can’t wait to get them put up.
