When the heater arrived it had damage to the door hinge. This must have happened pre packing because it was very securely packed in double cardboard with foam protection inside. I looked on Bestheatings website and it suggested taking photos of the damage and emailing the provided email address. I did this and a little later phoned the number provided. I spoke to a lovely representative who accessed the email and straight away said a new one would be despatched. This arrived two days later and was in perfect condition and I was very happy with it and the service provided. BestHeating did not require me to send the faulty one back so it is in my conservatory with plants on top and looking lovely.

I have worked with Jack over the last month to identify 3 radiators to use in as many different rooms. He has been unfailingly patient in answering my many questions via email and generous in extending a sale discount as issues were not yet resolved before the end of the sale. Best Heating was one of the few companies that could supply a dual-fuel radiator for a home office that comes with a thermostat plus TRV and so delivers regulated warmth both by electric during the day and wet system at night. The range of aesthetic radiators is impressive. I have not yet received the rads, so this is a review on outstanding customer service from Jack at Best Heating.
A truly efficient response to my order and at the time of writing the item has not been unpacked but the packaging does not in any way appear to be damaged.

Brilliant! We just had seven radiators installed and they look fantastic! They’re warm too which is even better. I had some items to return and when I called and spoke to Karen she was patient with my query, really helpful and efficient and the parts are now on their way back.

Spent two days trying to programme a ceramic heater via an app (ECOCO). Gave up in the end and returned the heater to Best Heating. The heater was for elderly relatives who would not have a clue how to turn on if programming failed. Why the heater needs an app to work is beyond me.
