No after sale customer support. Emails were ignored. Phone calls were unanswered.
It's too bad because they sell a good product.

I placed an order for the RUBIN 3 greenhouse, which only has 2 roof windows (I was not aware), and the ordering option allows you to select a deluxe 4-window opener kit. I ordered the kit, not knowing I only really could have used 2, and 3 of the 4 kits did not come with mounting hardware. I tried to call, email and reach out on Facebook but so far I have only gotten 2 limited responses by email indicating that they are not yet set up for part replacements. I requested a refund for the automatic opener kits so I can purchase elsewhere (it's a standard part) and they refuse to respond to me. The phone is a "ghost" number that only ever goes to voicemail. It's nearly 3 months since I ordered this and it's still incomplete due to the missing parts. I would not recommend this company.

ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE, INCLUDING NO PHONE CALLS RECEIVED.
DIRECTIONS HAD SOME SHORT FALLS.
I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A PARTS ORDER EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED.
NOR HAVE YOU ADDRESSED THE HOLD ON CREDIT CARD PROCESSING.

This company has clearly demonstrated that they are not customer based.
1). Attached is a copy of the one (response) I actually received a response from the company after countless emails had been sent. they fully acknowledge each concern and do nothing except to continue the same practices.
2). After yet another huge number of emails from me, they acknowledged my parts request (action steps). They obviously have no provision for parts replacements in that they were working to 'identify which boxes contain the necessary components'. We received one complete base kit to satisfy the need for the a foundation corner. This was a six foot long package at considerable cost to them. None of the other needs were met, nor was the credit promised, issued to us even though they sent a letter indicating it had been done (refund).
3). They demonstration their entitlement when they challenged our review of the company on trust pilot (review). They claimed defamation. This is true but it was attained at their own hand! It was determined to not be defamatory and was posted

4). In the end we were credited the full purchase price by the (credit card) company
Obviously, I own a greenhouse with no warranty and no ability to order parts needed in the future. Received no help at times that I was having difficulty assembling the room. Not to mention great amounts of frustration with the purchase.
This after I paid twice what competing rooms could have been purchased for.

Really prompt service and quality products. One of my items was damaged in shipping and the company replaced it immediately without question. I would highly recommend Garden Universe

Great product, needed a new lid damaged in shipping and was sent right away with no Hassle

Yours is a quality product. Assembly instructions for the most part were easy to follow. The problems we encountered were: #1 The pilot holes for the screws were too small, making inserting the screws very difficult. We has to re-drill all the pilot holes to make insertion easier. #2 The protective film sheet on all surface was a bear to remove. It kept tearing. #3 The locking bar does not seem to fit well.

I ordered the David XL deck box and 3 of the pieces were damaged. I took pictures and was told I had to pay to ship it back.
Not great service!

The experience was flawless from begining to delivery have not assembled the deck box temperatures in S.E.Arizona have been 106, to hot, but I expect if there are issues the customer organization will be helpfull

Company shipped without delay and kept me informed of arrival time. Unfortunately the lid to the storage box was damaged in shipping. One back and forth email with a photo of the damage and a new lid was on the way to me. The storage box is as described at the website. A great purchase experience
