Stud extractor completely useless
I received a stud extractor set. I tried the 6mm one, and the jaws did not grip the stud. I tried the 8mm one, same result. These tools just don’t work, period.
I sent an email politely requesting assistance, and received no reply. I waited a few days, and sent another email, still no reply. Complete waste of money, and TERRIBLE customer service.

Our system only shows your original order confirmation email. We apologize for any misunderstanding and regret that your emails didn’t reach us. One of our team members will reach out to you shortly to assist you further.
Regarding the tool, with the FD-404M stud extractor, we’ve seen this before. The proper method is to insert the extractor into the stud or bolt and twist it slightly until the tool grabs the stud. Once it grabs, you can begin extracting the stud.

You had the tools that I wanted and they were at a reasonable price. I also appreciated the 10% discount. I do think the shipping cost was a bit high, but shipping is sometimes more than what you have purchased. All in all, I would order from this company again and will keep you in mind the next time I need some tools.
