Buyer Beware
I ordered the Morina caps! Received an email stating the order would be shipping late! I have just been diagnosed with AFib and don’t want to start any new things until I get it under control. The next day I cancelled the non shipped order! Lo and behold it supposedly shipped! No confirmation, nothing! They refunded half but refuse to give me the rest! I plan on shipping back! Questionable practices! Buyer beware!

I received a product that was not functioning on arrival. I reached out to the company and received a response as promised when I submitted the claim request. Communication was fluid between myself and company representative Cien as he was responsive in a timely manner. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and look forward to using the replacement product being sent!

I LOVE MY LITTLE SWISSKER DEVICE. SO MUCH EASIER TO USE THAT DISINFECTING BY HAND!
BUT MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT I FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE EXACTLY WHERE THE “FILL LINE” IS BECAUSE OF THE SILVER REFLECTION. I WISH THIS COULD HAVE A MORE PRONOUNCED MARK INSIDE THE UNIT.

I made an ordering mistake, no fault on your part.
I am disappointed that I accidentally failed to click the block for 8 pair of socks, just $10more for 4 more pair as I needed more than 4 pair and now if I get more, Ill have to pay so much. I emailed you as soon as I realized Ionly had 4 pair on my order. I fully understand though. I have been happy with service and products, This was entirely my error. Your company is a 5 star.
