Achat suite à votre pub dans La Presse !
On a vu votre pub dans La Presse puis visité votre site en ligne (attrayant, complet et clair) où on a trouvé TOUTES les infos pour une croisière fluviale dont celle sur le Rhin qui correspond à ce qu’on cherchait.
On a donc envoyé un courriel pour recevoir une cotation et plus d’infos … et on a eu une réponse rapide de Mathilde avec qui on a échangé par téléphone; comme elle a bien gentiment répondu à nos questions, on a fait l’achat du Forfait Croisière Fluviale de 10 jours tout-inclus sur le Rhin !
C’est une première avec votre agence et jusqu’à maintenant tout est parfait.

Booking was easy. Agent friendly and helpful. We had researched our 21 day trip extensively and Wingbuddy was best for tour inclusions and pricing. Looking forward to our trip in September.

I have never travelled with Wingbuddy…
I have never travelled with Wingbuddy before, and checked out a number of their competitors before deciding on booking. Every time I reached out for a quote, it was prepared immediately, which allowed me to compare what I was receiving.
When I called the booking line for further support, the rep Codie Lawrence was well informed and helpful.

Poor communication and delivery
I will update this review once things have changed, but I never received my flight tickets in the 48 hour window that was stated when I booked my trip. They do not answer any emails and were unable to provide me with a concrete estimate over the phone about when I should receive them. I will keep calling to ask but sadly I feel like I fell for a scam unless they prove otherwise.
UPDATE: I received a response and tickets, but the process has not been completed. I am relieved that they finally got them sent to me but am a bit stunned that they prompt users for a trustpilot review so soon before they’ve had a chance to finalize the details of their trip and before they’ve even gone on said trip.

La formule semble très interessante, j’ai bien hâte de vivre cette expérience . À date je suis satisfaite du déroulement de réservation . Très bonne expérience cette fois-ci encore! L'agente de voyage était très gentille et elle a apporté des réponses à toutes mes questions très rapidement. Elle m'a très bien conseillée! Je me suis sentie en confiance. En 2023, j'ai fait un superbe voyage en Grèce avec Wingbuddy... Tout était parfait!

A la recherche d'une destination…
A la recherche d'une destination derniere minute je me suis retourné vers Wingbuddy et j'ai immediatement aiguillé a travers mon projet par Chantal.Le tout en environs 15 minutes.
