Alina was very prompt at getting back to me with quotes and answering questions. It was great to have a direct extension to reach her at as in the past I don't think that was possible and it got confusing dealing with different agents.

Always exceeds our expectations
The agents are always so helpful especially when we are looking to customize the package on the tail end.

The representative was argumentative, talked over us, told us to stop speaking before we finished our comments, seemed offended after we asked her to speak a little slower and clearer, and wouldn't let us speak with another representative or supervisor. Our issue was not resolved. We were bounced back and forth between the airline and Wingbuddy at least 4 times. What a hassle!
