I don’t want this service and I am cancelling within the institutional cooling-off period - the law supersedes their policy, because they are not above the law.
I am exercising my right to cancellation under the Electronic Communications and Consumer Protection laws.
I refuse alternatives and will not accept store credit or alternative services.
They continue to refuse even though I have not received the service and am cancelling within the legal timeframe. What a bogus company. Don’t trust them at all and I’m still waiting for my money back. They claim they’ve already started so can’t refund but it hasn’t even been 12 hours since the purchase and I won’t get the product until 24-48 hours. So I have received NOTHING and WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! I don’t even know why they are on Trustpilot because YOU CANNOT TRUST THEM

Perfect solution to start a store
There are many store builders, but EcomSites.Design creates a unique store for you with trendy (do not believe - always check the trend one-by-one) products. For USD20. You may buy upsells, more stores, video ads, etc. up to six months personal coaching. I was first upset that the products are not integrated to fulfilment services, but then I realized that it gives me freedom to choose from top automated (TeemDrop, Zendrop, Zopi, etc.) to full scale but longer learning curve solutions (like CJDropshipping). Design is cool, product descriptions and pictures answer the questions of the targeted audience, checkout is easy. Free video classes drive you from basics to TikTok and Facebook ads. Perfect first store solution.

Misleading advertising, no refund
I purchased the $20 branded store after seeing their ad that said "we do everything for you." What I actually received was a basic template that still requires a paid Shopify subscription and significant work on my end — none of which was made clear before purchase.
When I contacted support to request a refund, I was told I would need to subscribe to Shopify for 90 days first, and even then they would only "consider" it. That is not a real refund policy — it's a way to make sure nobody ever qualifies.
The ad promises one thing, the fine print says another. If you're thinking about buying, know that the $20 is just the beginning. You'll be expected to pay more and do the work yourself, which is the opposite of what they advertise.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Just wasted 20$. I payed and got sent to a page where I couldnt get any further, I was thinking I could make ads for my website myself. I did not get my website. I was then sent to a page that says they remember me and to verify. I needed to write the code I was sent, but never got a code. I tried getting a new code but did not get it. I think this is a scam.
Edit after answer: They are just lying. It is on their website I needed a code and not on shopify. And youre also lying about sending me a mail. I have not recieved any mail. This is just bullshit
Can you send a new reply with the mail, so I can contact you. I have a picture to prove it is on your website aswell.

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing difficulty, but from what you’ve described, this appears to be a Shopify account verification issue, not an issue with our service. We do not control Shopify’s login or verification system, and we cannot generate or resend their verification codes.
We have also attempted to contact you multiple times via email to assist you with this issue but have not received a response. We are always willing to help resolve any setup problems, but we do need communication in order to do so.

The support team is on another level. Usually when I email a company for support, they take days to reply and then give me a vague explanation. However, when I emailed the Ecom support team about a concern I had regarding the price for an online store, not only did they reply in less than a day but they took their time to make a very detailed explanation on my specific enquiry.
