Poor Customer Service - post installation
The initial Installation of the electric car charging Unit was very smooth. However, within 12 hours the cable holster on the Charger post had fallen off. It is nearly two weeks later and after numerous messages I am still waiting for Ohme to confirm when an engineer will attend to fix.
Each time they promise (it is under guarantee) that someone will be in touch, everything goes quiet.
These installations costs thousands, so expectation is that they don't fall apart within hours and if they do, I'd expect a swift repair.
Shocking.

Had a problem with my Home Pro staying…
Had a problem with my Home Pro staying offline.
After switching off for 15 mins. and then back on and waiting for 48 hours as instructed it was still offline!
Got back in touch with Zuhaib.
He sorted the problem within minutes.
He was polite and very professional.
I have given the company 5 stars
and thank them for their great and fast service

Worst follow up and customer service
Booked and paid for a installation, guy did survey Monday and said would be back later in week for install. No further contact, no idea who he was or the company. At end of week l asked for whats going on and l got a snippy reply from customer service he was only 3,5hrs late from SLA of 3 days to quote Ohme (how would we know they have an SLA)and she would chase him and get back that day. Heard nothing, chased next day and same excuse, havent heard or got quote from installer. Paid over a week ago £1000 and have no idea when or who will install. A disgraceful customer service wished l had used another supplier

Fabulous product
Fabulous product - has been efficiently installed within 2 hours by Ryan, who was professional, courteous, patient and an all round top bloke. It works through using the app, which I love because there is no need to use the touch screen which is hidden out of sight. My only thoughts are the reviews regarding the app are concerning RE the API element, it sounds like that needs to be addressed so I wont be using predictive charging yet but I look forward to using it properly when the API is sorted.

An exceptional installation
The engineer arrived on time. He was courteous and very respectful. He completed the installation to my requirements and he finished of by cleaning everything and removing all rubbish. He gave a full demonstration of the system and explained how to download the app to control the charging. An exceptional installation by an extremely competent engineer.

Really not impressed!
Days of escalation to get a correct quote to start with. Now the order has been placed I get an email out of ghe blue from DX Delivery advising that my "JCW Engineering" order will be delivered tomorrow between 8AM and 6PM. Who are JCW Engineering? Looking at the tracking the Order Number is "Pro EV"...
No advance notification or a request from Pro EV or Ohme that someone needs to be around tomorrow to accept a delivery. I'm beginning to wonder if either Ohme or Pro EV could organise the proverbial p1$$ up in a brewery... Absolutely appalling service from these two companies!
