55 Euro für 10 MB Datenvolumen.

Ich habe in Thailand versehentlich meinen Flugmodus für 10 Sekunden ausgeschaltet. Dabei wurden 10 MB Hintergrunddaten verbraucht. Mir wurden 55 Euro berechnet.

Als ich mich beschwerte, lautete ihr Vorschlag: „Nutzen Sie das WLAN des Hotels.“ Ich sagte, wenn sie mir das Geld nicht zurückerstatten würden, würde ich meinen Vertrag kündigen. Ihre Antwort lautete: „Okay, auf Wiedersehen.“

Others may have had poor experiences …

Others may have had poor experiences with Plusnet but I have to honestly say I've had such a good experience with them I'm writing a glowing review, which is something I never normally do!

I signed up for a sim-only plan and the sim-card failed to arrive. When I called the customer service team were extremely pleasant, and got a new one sent straight away. It arrived this time, but didn't work! I called once again and once more the customer service team were nothing but exemplary, ensuring they had a new one sent the next day. They apologised for the trouble called and even gave me my first month free as an apology.

Network is great, connective, extremely cheap and has what I have to call the best service I have had from a phone provider. Give them a chance.

When you order a SIM card from us here at Plusnet, we endeavour to have your SIM card arrive to your address within two working days. If this is your first SIM card with us, it will be designed to automatically activate on arrival. However, any replacement SIM cards require activation by ourselves after you have given us a call. This is a security measure to protect your account. Without looking at your account, it could be possible that the second SIM card to arrive just needed to be activated.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't experience such a seamless joining process, which is something that we aim to provide to all of our customers! But i'm happy to see that our friendly Customer Service Team delivered the best service you've received before!
